The form can be obtained from the Immigration Services Agency\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Tax-Related Documents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2460Certificate of Municipal Taxation (or Non\u2011Taxation) for the Past Five Years<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The latest year\u2019s municipal tax certificate becomes available around June each year. If your application period overlaps with this timing, you may also be required to submit the certificate for the newest fiscal year. Certificates for all family members living with you are also required. These documents can be obtained at your city or ward office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2461Certificate of Resident Tax Payment for the Past Five Years<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any outstanding resident tax payments (excluding those not yet due), your application will not be approved.
