General flow

STEP 1.
Free Consultation & Requirements Assessment

We will take approximately 60 minutes to discuss your situation.

We begin by asking a few simple questions to assess whether you currently meet the requirements for visa approval.
We will also provide an explanation of our support plans, along with a detailed estimate of our service fees.

  • Online consultations (via Zoom or other platforms) are also available.
STEP 2.
Contract & Payment of the Initial Retainer Fee

We will guide you through the selection of the most suitable plan and outline the schedule moving forward. After you choose the plan that best fits your needs, we will explain the following important matters.

  1. Detailed Explanation of Each Plan, Including the Refund Guarantee System
  2. Providing customized “Required Documents List” for each client
  3. Guidance on Document Submission Methods and Deadlines
  4. Regarding Payment of the Initial Retainer Fee
    Upon signing contract, clients are required to pay 50% of the total fee as the initial retainer.
STEP 3.
Document Preparation and Collection

The division of document collection varies depending on the plan. To reduce your workload, our office will obtain any documents that can be acquired on your behalf (for clients using the Premium Plan).

  • Premium Plan: Premium Plan:Clients are only required to prepare documents that must be obtained from overseas or those that can be issued solely to the applicant. All other official documents will be collected and prepared by our office.
  • Standard/Basic Plan: Clients are responsible for collecting all required documents listed by our office.
    In the Basic Plan, clients are also responsible for preparing the application forms and questionnaires themselves.
STEP 4.
Document Collection, Review and Revision

We will review your documents from a professional perspective to ensure accuracy and consistency. If any items are missing or require additional information, we will provide further guidance.

  • Basic Plan Only: We will review and revise the application forms and questionnaires you have prepared (one round only). We will provide guidance on how to improve your documents to help increase the rate of approval.
STEP 5.
Application Submission to the Immigration Services Agency
  • Premium / Standard Plan: Our office will submit the application on your behalf.
    You do not need to visit the Immigration Services Agency. We will also handle any inquiries during the examination process, including requests for questionnaires, explanations of circumstances, and additional documents.
  • Basic Plan Only: Clients are responsible for submitting the application to the Immigration Services Agency themselves. They must also handle any requests for additional documents or information during the examination process
STEP 6.
Notification of Results

We will promptly notify you as soon as the examination results are received

In the Event of a Non-Approval (Guarantee applicable only to the Premium and Standard Plans)

  1. We will accompany you to the Immigration Services Agency to confirm the reason for the non-approval.
  2. We will resubmit the application (and resubmit it again, if necessary) at no additional cost.
  3. If approval is still not granted, we will refund the entire initial fee.

This guarantee does not apply in cases where the non-approval is due to false statements or other misconduct by the client.

STEP 7.
Payment of the Remaining Service Fees and Other Charges

(Premium and Standard Plans Only)

After the approval or other results have been issued, please make the payment for the remaining balance (50% of the service fee) as well as the actual expenses such as stamp duties and mailing costs.
Once we hand over your new residence card or Certificate of Eligibility, our services will be considered complete.

STEP 4.
Application to the Legal Affairs Bureau

Unlike visa applications, naturalization applications must be submitted in person by the applicant. However, since all documents are carefully prepared by our office, you can complete the submission with confidence.

  • Under the Premium Plan, we will accompany you when submitting your application to the Legal Affairs Bureau.
  • At the time of submission, we kindly ask you to pay the remaining balance (50% of the service fee) along with any actual expenses, including stamp duties and postage fees.
STEP 6.
Interview and Review Process at the Legal Affairs Bureau

We provide full support throughout the examination process.

Several months after submitting your application, you will have an interview at the Legal Affairs Bureau. We will provide guidance on the expected questions and offer advice to help you prepare.

STEP 7.
Approval of Naturalization / Acquisition of Japanese Nationality

You will be notified directly by the Legal Affairs Bureau. On the designated date, you will appear at the Bureau to receive your naturalization approval notice and your certificate of identity.
Even in the unlikely event that your application is not approved, our Approval Guarantee Plan ensures a full refund (excluding actual expenses), allowing you to proceed with confidence
